Thank you for visiting The Ivory Gown! We hope that you will be delighted with the items you have bought for your special day. Please see our terms and conditions of sale below, which are also displayed in store. If you do have any queries about these terms, just get in touch and we'll be happy to assist.
Our expert bridal stylists can advise as to whether a dress can be altered. However please note, customers are solely responsible for the cost of any specialist alterations. K Gowns Ltd. will not be liable for any charges relating to the alterations to any of our products.
Check before you buy
Please note the customer is solely responsible for checking the condition of all our products thoroughly prior to purchase. We will not be held responsible for any damages incurred after the sale of any item.
Cleaning your wedding dress
All of our garments are dry clean only, please always read the care label. We recommend that you visit a specialist bridal dry cleaner with experience in cleaning luxury wedding dresses.
Refunds and exchanges
We do not currently accept returns or give refunds on any items purchased from our store.
Reserving a gown
We may offer our customers the opportunity to place a gown on reserve for a short period of time. The charge for this service is treated as a non-refundable deposit but will be deducted from the price of the gown should you decide to go ahead with the purchase. If you do not go ahead with the purchase in the allotted time period then the dress will be put back onto the rail for sale.
By uploading your images to become a featured bride-to-be on our website you are agreeing that K Gowns Ltd. can use these pictures, at their discretion and immediately, on our website and as part of any other wider marketing activity as deemed appropriate. Including social media and other marketing activities.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
